Winter's Blanket




Winter's blanket wraps the land
  in icy white.
    Glazing God's creations.

She settles in,
  temporarily.
    She can't remain forever.

    Good thing, I'm coming to really detest the winter...we walked through shin high snow in Edinburgh today, my feet became numb mid-day, had to dry them off in the bathroom under one of those handwarmers! Ah, the humor that is life and it's seasons! :)
